It started with some hail storm strawberries from our friends at Volcano Produce, rejected by supermarkets, but not by us. We’re open minded when it comes to looks, it’s that distinct aroma and sweet juice that we’re after. We macerate heaps of strawberries and a touch of vanilla to create this summer Liqueur that will transport you to courtside at Wimbledon.

The rumour mill was swirling when Noodledoof first set up shop in Koroit. Is it a replica of a small German village? Is it a noodle shop serving slurpable bowls of goodness? No, it’s a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles (Sam) and Doof (Alex) who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.

For Noodledoof's range of spirits, they have teamed up with Worn Gundidj Bush Foods, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The spirits have a unique flavour profile that comes from native botanicals and other local ingredients.
