It’s almost cheating when you start off with such brilliant cherries, sourced from Tower Hill Cherries. We steel these in our very own vodka for a month to make sure the liqueur is absolutely popping with a full on cherry flavour. Excellent as an ingredient in cocktails and desserts, or as a stand alone tipple to remind you of Christmas.

The rumour mill was swirling when Noodledoof first set up shop in Koroit. Is it a replica of a small German village? Is it a noodle shop serving slurpable bowls of goodness? No, it’s a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles (Sam) and Doof (Alex) who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.

For Noodledoof's range of spirits, they have teamed up with Worn Gundidj Bush Foods, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The spirits have a unique flavour profile that comes from native botanicals and other local ingredients.
